Data we store

We store account details, optional avatars, preferences, encrypted purchase codes, tickets, service requests and community content. Download starts are logged with a hashed IP for security and analytics.

Connected services

We send your purchase code and the platform domain to Doniaweb for verification. Google or GitHub sign-in uses identity and email data. Downloads and support attachments are not public links.

Email and preferences

Security and service emails support your account. Newsletters and campaigns are optional and can be disabled in your account or through the unsubscribe link. Campaigns require consent.

Your data controls

Edit your details and preferences in your account. Open a support ticket to request data access or deletion. We use session and CSRF cookies, and local storage for theme preferences.

Language and country detection

We estimate the connection country locally from the IP address to select an available language, without requesting precise location or sending the address to an external country-lookup service. You can change the language at any time. Your choice is saved to your account when signed in and in a language-preference cookie for up to 180 days. A VPN may change the detected country.
